Customer Acquisition Manager
As the Customer Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving new audiences and customers to Gardener’s Supply and reporting on channel performance, ad dollar efficiency, and general marketing execution. This role will design and implement strategy across paid and search and social channels, display, television and will collaborate with our Social Marketing Specialist on earned social media. This role is ultimately responsible for driving new customers to Gardener’s supply website and stores and understanding the impact of all marketing efforts on this goal. The Customer Acquisition Manager will require a strong analytical skillset to understand product- and category-level performance, customer source, and ultimately working with the Customer Retention Manager to understand how new customers develop over time. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in paid social and search, an understanding of organic search, a foundational understanding of big data, and a passion to learn and grow. Senior NetSuite Administrator
As a Senior NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our NetSuite instance, ensuring that it meets our business needs and supports our growth objectives. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements, configure NetSuite to meet those requirements, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. Director of Inventory Management
The Director of Inventory Management leads all inventory management functions, including product forecasting, materials planning and parts of supply chain management for Gardener’s Supply Company direct to consumer business. By effectively using the enterprise resource planning system and inventory forecast and materials planning system, this person will lead the Inventory Team to achieve a high level of customer order fill rate while delivering inventory ownership and turn rate objectives. Product Engineering Manager
The Product Engineering Manager will be responsible for a wide range of engineering activities including new product development, maintaining existing products, and R&D. The Product Engineering Manager will work with outsourced and supplier manufacturing and engineering resources. They will work with Product Management to ensure alignment on technical specifications. Responsibilities include finalizing detailed technical specifications, overseeing prototype creation, and coordinating product testing for quality assurance. Analyzing and optimizing product designs for functionality, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability are essential aspects of the role. Engaging with third-party manufacturers and ensuring regulatory compliance are critical components. The position also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives in the entire new product development process. Our ideal candidate will have Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a minimum of 5 years of experience in product engineering, preferably in the consumer goods industry; proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD); and a proven track record of successfully independently bringing products from concept to production using Product Briefs and Project Timelines.
